What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, telephone number and the message itself. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank details or other sensitive identifiers through this website, and you should not send them here. Those are collected in person or through our secure client portal.
Our web host records standard server logs, including IP addresses and browser information, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use what you send to answer your enquiry, arrange appointments, and provide the tax, bookkeeping, payroll and planning services you ask for. We may contact you by text message; message and data rates may apply, reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is necessary to deliver the service you engaged us for — for example filing a return with the IRS or a state agency — or where the law requires it. Tax return information is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without your written consent except as permitted by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as they are useful to the relationship. Records connected to prepared returns are kept for the periods required by federal and state record-retention rules.
Cookies
The only cookie we set is the one that remembers your answer to the cookie banner. There is no analytics, no advertising and no social tracking on this site. Two pages embed a map and a secure form from other companies, and those are not loaded unless you allow them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Contact the office and we will handle it.
